FOCUS Houston recently welcomed friends, supporters, volunteers, and community members for its first-ever Love in Action Benefit Dinner—an evening of fellowship, gratitude, and celebration centered on the families served through the ministry.

Guests gathered for delicious barbecue, a beautiful performance by Ad Deum Ballet Company, and the opportunity to learn more about the work taking place every day at FOCUS Houston.

At the heart of the evening was a shared commitment to serving expectant mothers and families with dignity, compassion, and the love of Christ. The gathering offered a chance to celebrate how far the ministry has come while also looking ahead to the growing opportunities to serve families throughout the Houston community.

FOCUS Houston is deeply grateful to everyone who helped make the evening possible, including the advisory committee, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and every guest who attended. Their generosity and support helped create a meaningful and memorable first benefit dinner.

During the evening, guests also watched a special video highlighting the ministry of FOCUS Houston and the people whose lives are being touched through this work. Watch the video to see what love in action looks like in Houston.

The momentum from the evening is already helping FOCUS Houston look toward what comes next. With the continued support of the local Orthodox community and friends of the ministry, FOCUS Houston can continue walking alongside mothers and families and creating a community where every person is seen, supported, and received with love.

Those who would like to help continue this work can make a gift to FOCUS Houston.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special evening possible—and for helping FOCUS Houston continue turning love into action.
