On Sunday, November 13, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the Divine Liturgy in St. Michael the Archangel Church. His Grace was co-served by Dean of the Central States, Archpriest Roman Star; parish rector Archpriest Timothy Barna and visiting clergy accompanying His Grace. Before the start of the Liturgy, Bishop John tonsured a reader for the parish.
At the end of the Liturgy, Bishop John delivered a sermon on the topic of the Sunday’s Gospel reading.
A festive banquet was held afterwards in honor of the parish’s upcoming patronal feastday and its 90th anniversary.
