Linda Kolton — Center Director, FOCUS Bridgeport
Linda Kolton joins FOCUS as the first Center Director of FOCUS Bridgeport, bringing more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience focused on serving children and families. Her background spans program development, systems-building, communications, fundraising, marketing, and partnerships—all rooted in a deep concern for long-term well-being and dignity.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Linda is a trained plant-based chef who has opened a community café, created an award-winning vegan culinary education program at an animal sanctuary, and authored a cookbook. As a licensed Food for Life instructor, she teaches nutrition and cooking in underserved communities, emphasizing the connection between healthy food and lasting health.
An active member of St. Dimitrie Orthodox Church, Linda teaches Sunday School, serves on the Parish Council and Ladies Auxiliary, and is deeply engaged in parish life. She is grateful to join the FOCUS team and looks forward to growing FOCUS Bridgeport alongside the families it serves.
“My prayerful hope is that, together through FOCUS Bridgeport, we can become a conduit for God’s mercy—creating space for His love to transform both those who are served and those who serve, and drawing all of us more fully into His will.”
Seth DuCasse — Center Director, FOCUS Cincinnati
Seth DuCasse steps into the role of Center Director of FOCUS Cincinnati with a deep connection to the local community and a long-standing commitment to service. An Army combat veteran, Seth served nearly seven years as a Paralegal in the JAG Corps before transitioning to civilian life in Cincinnati, where he raised his daughter, Laila.
His professional background includes work as a Realtor, Public Adjuster, and Case Manager at Shelterhouse, a local nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness. Through this work, Seth helped clients pursue self-sufficiency and secure stable housing.
Seth has been part of Holy Trinity–St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church since 2019, where he helped create the Holy Transfiguration Community Garden and served in the Men’s Ministry. He played a key role in developing FOCUS Cincinnati and previously served as Chair of its Advisory Committee before being hired as Director. Seth brings strong leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills to his role and is passionate about serving the communities of Finneytown and Norwood.
“I am excited to help serve our communities and find ways that we can do more for those in need. Partnering with the Orthodox Church, our brothers and sisters in Christ, and local nonprofit agencies, I believe that our aspirations to help our communities are endless.”
