On Friday, October 28, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk visited the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Houston, Texas. His Grace met with Consul-General Alexander Konstantinovich Zakharov. During the meeting, the two discussed future various cultural and humanitarian projects.
