The Episcopate is forced to make the following report public today (January 6, 2017) as a result of misinformation being distributed by some members of the Parish Council of St. Nicholas Parish, Troy, Michigan, related to the suspension and retirement of Rev. Gheorghe Carstea, effective January 1, 2017.
