Since 1988, Project Mexico has been building safe, secure and weather-tight homes for some of the most impoverished families in northern Mexico. Every home is built entirely by volunteers over the course of four days. Once complete, these homes are provided to needy families who in turn can build a brighter future for themselves and their children.
During Project Mexico’s 30th anniversary year—2018—a number of summer opportunities will be available for those wishing to help Project Mexico in its ongoing ministry. Home-building spots are filling up fast, but there are still multiple opportunities for those wishing to make an impact in the name of our Lord.
Available dates include June 6-12, June 15-21, June 27-July 3, July 6-12, and August 17-23. A variety of additional “day trip” projects are also available. Register online now. Day trips may be arranged by calling 619-426-4610.
Project Mexico is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that performs works of mercy in the name of Jesus Christ. In addition to its home-building ministry, Project Mexico has provided education and shelter for orphaned boys through Saint Innocent Orphanage since 1996.
