His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America welcomed Greece’s Minister of Development, Panagiotis Theodorikakos, to the headquarters of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025.
Minister Theodorikakos said that he always welcomes the opportunity to meet with the Archbishop and receive his blessing during visits to the United States. He also discussed his recent meetings in Washington with members of the U.S. Congress and administration officials.
His Eminence expressed his pleasure at meeting again with the minister and congratulated him on the conclusion of a successful visit. He noted that Greek Americans closely follow relations between the United States and Greece and look forward to continued cooperation between the two countries.
