Position Title: FOCUS Southern California Program Manager

Position Type: Part time (20-30 hours / week)

Organizational Management Reporting: Reports to the FOCUS Southern California Center Director

Position Summary:

FOCUS North America is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Program Manager for its FOCUS Southern California ministry location.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our various ministries, both those based in our warehouse and at other locations across Orange County. The Program Manager is also responsible for supporting the Center Director to manage the core administrative duties of the Center such as file management, record keeping, and reporting.

The position reports to the FOCUS Southern California Center Director.

The Program Manager position includes physically demanding activities and the ability to drive materials to distribution sites.
