Saint Tikhon’s Orthodox Theological Seminary [STOTS] will host its 2019 Clergy Continuing Education Program June 18-20.

This year’s theme, “Roots: A Pastoral and Patristic Return to the Old Testament,” will be developed in six sessions punctuated by services at the Monastery Church of Saint Tikhon of Zadonsk and fellowship.

His Eminence, Archbishop Michael of the Diocese of New York and New Jersey, STOTS Rector, will speak on the Festal Old Testament Lessons.  Archpriest Patrick Henry Reardon will offer presentations titled “Reorienting Ourselves to the Old Testament” and “Christ in the Psalms,” while “Back to the Beginning—Genesis” will be the theme of a presentation by Archpriest Victor Gorodenchuk.  Hieromonk Alexis [Trader] will speak on “Isaiah—the Fifth Gospel.”  Dr. Justin Gohl will offer a presentation titled “The Wisdom of Proverbs.”

Attendees will receive 18 hours of Continuing Education credit.

The $200.00 registration fee includes all meals and accommodations.  Registration forms are available online, as is a program flyer.
