On Sunday, September 17, 2017, at the 50th Anniversary of the founding of St. Innocent Bicentennial Cathedral in Anchorage, Alaska, St. Tikhon’s Seminary Alumnus, the Very Rev. Archpriest Nicholas Molodyko-Harris (STOTS ‘61) was honored by His Grace, Bishop David of Alaska, with the right to wear the Miter. Father Nicholas and Matushka Anastasia had labored for more than three decades in the building of St. Innocent’s Cathedral, making the honor bestowed upon him there at the celebration of the parish in Anchorage all the more appropriate. Many years to the newly Mitered Archpriest Nicholas & Mat. Anastasia!

The Rev. Theophan Buck (STOTS, 2010), Matushka Elena, and their daughter Eliza were miraculously saved from harm as a 100-year-old tree nearly destroyed their home in the midst of Hurrican Irma’s onslaught. They have moved into a rental home as work is undertaken to repair their home. Fr. Theophan is pastor of St. Innocent Orthodox Church, Macon, GA. Please keep them in your prayers.
