On Tuesday, May 9th, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk, attended an official reception in honor of the 70th Anniversary of Allied victory in World War II at the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations in New York City at the invitation of the acting Representative of Russia to the UN, Mr. Pyotr Illyichev.
