RIVES JUNCTION, MI — On Sunday, September 6, 2026, the 14th Sunday after Pentecost, His Eminence Archbishop Nathaniel of Detroit and the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America was present among the monastic community and faithful of the Dormition of the Mother of God Orthodox Monastery in Rives Junction, Michigan, where he officiated the Holy and Divine Liturgy.
The monastery, under the spiritual leadership of Mother Abbess Gabriella Ursache, is one of the three monasteries of the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America and has served as a place of prayer, monastic life, and pilgrimage since its establishment in 1987.
Assisting His Eminence at the Holy and Divine Liturgy were the monastery priest, V. Rev. Fr. John Konkle, Rev. Protodeacon Laike Misikir, Hdn. Benedict Oancea, and visiting clergy.

RIVES JUNCTION, MI — Duminică, 6 septembrie 2026, în Duminica a 14-a după Rusalii, Înaltpreasfințitul Părinte Arhiepiscop Nathaniel de Detroit și al Episcopiei Ortodoxe Române din America, s-a aflat în mijlocul obștii monahale și al credincioșilor Mănăstirii Ortodoxe „Adormirea Maicii Domnului” din Rives Junction, Michigan, unde a oficiat Sfânta și Dumnezeiasca Liturghie.
Mănăstirea, aflată sub îndrumarea Maicii Starețe Gabriella Ursache, este unul dintre importantele așezăminte monahale ale Episcopiei Ortodoxe Române din America și a fost înființată în anul 1987.
Alături de Înaltpreasfinția Sa la Sfânta și Dumnezeiasca Liturghie au slujit PC. Pr. John Konkle, preotul mănăstirii, Protodiaconul Laike Misikir, Cuv. Ierod. Benedict Oancea, precum și alți clerici prezenți.
