FOCUS North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Post as the first-ever Center Director of FOCUS San Francisco—an exciting milestone in the life of this growing ministry.

Randy’s journey with FOCUS is uniquely full-circle. Before stepping into this leadership role, he first encountered the ministry as a YES Intern, where he experienced firsthand what it means to put faith into action through service. That early formation—serving neighbors in need, building relationships rooted in dignity, and encountering Christ in the faces of others—left a lasting mark. Now, Randy returns not just to serve, but to lead.

As Center Director, Randy will guide the development and growth of FOCUS San Francisco, helping to establish a strong, parish-based rhythm of service in the city. This includes cultivating opportunities for deeper community engagement, and building a network of volunteers and supporters committed to making Christ’s love visible.
