In the premiere episode, Fr. Christopher and Christo Pappademos explore a foundational truth: in faith, as in fitness, inspiration may spark the beginning, but discipline sustains transformation. Pappademos, an admissions counselor at Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, a personal trainer at Equinox, and a digital media associate with Orthodox Christian Network, draws compelling parallels between physical training and spiritual formation. 

The discussion examines how consistently showing up at Church reshapes our understanding of the Gospel, and how prayer, fasting, and silence function not as burdens, but as time-tested spiritual disciplines that build endurance and strength.
