Position available: Director of Growth & Outreach Ministries, FOCUS North America – Full time

Location: FOCUS North America (Remote)

Timeframe: Immediate

FOCUS North America is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Director of Growth & Outreach Ministries within the national staff.

The Director of Growth & Outreach Ministries position is a full-time employment opportunity with benefits (vacation, health insurance, 401k). This position will also work closely with members of the Executive Team, as needed.

Frequent travel (at least once per month) and regular evening meetings with local volunteers (virtual) are anticipated for the role.

The Director of Growth & Outreach Ministries is responsible for:

  • identifying and cultivating cities and parishes for potential new Center development; 
  • leading said cities through our New Center Development Process; 
  • supervising Youth Equipped to Serve and other outreach staff, and creating a greater coherence amongst FOCUS’s outreach efforts. 

The position reports to the Director of Operations.

As an affiliated ministry of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of the United States of America, qualified candidates should have knowledge of and a willingness to work within the framework of the Orthodox Church.
