On April 7, the feast of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos and the repose of Saint Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow (1925), celebrations dedicated to his memory were held in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York, built and consecrated by him in 1902.
