When I think of you, the Retired Clergy of our Sacred Archdiocese, I think of the venerable pillars of our Church. You have upheld the parishes for so many decades, dedicating your lives to the spiritual growth and health of our Church in America. And many of you continue to serve in so many capacities, assisting the younger clergy and providing for them your wealth of experience and wisdom. You take care of each other, remembering those who have fallen into ill health, and remembering the Presvyteres whose husbands have passed on.
