V. Rev. Fr. William Clark fell asleep in the Lord on Tuesday, November 14, in Arizona. Fr. Bill was ordained by Archbishop Nathaniel to the Holy Diaconate in 2001 and the Holy Priesthood in 2003 at 68 years of age. He was full of zeal for the faith and is especially remembered for his stories, charismatic personality, and love for people. From 2001-2005, he was attached to Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church, Los Angeles, CA. In 2005, he moved to Arizona and was attached to St. John the Baptizer Romanian Orthodox Church, Glendale, AZ. Fr. Bill retired in 2011. He served as a substitute priest wherever needed. Fr Bill was also a beloved staff member at several Vatra Summer Camps in Michigan. Funeral arrangements are not yet finalized, but more information will be posted when available. He is survived by his Preoteasa Margaret and daughter Patricia.
