The 2024 Desk Calendar of the Orthodox Church in America is currently in print and is now available in PDF format.

As usual, all priests and deacons who are assigned, attached, and retired, will receive a complimentary copy in the mail in the coming three weeks. Additional hard copies may be requested for a $20.00 donation per copy to offset the costs of printing and shipping. To order, please contact us via email at

The calendar includes ample space for daily notations and memos and a mini-directory of OCA ministries, departments, boards, commissions, diocesan chanceries, and seminaries. Key liturgical commemorations and significant historical dates for the year are also noted.

The Desk Calendar does not include diocesan and national events such as diocesan assemblies, seminary commencement dates, Holy Synod, and Metropolitan Council meetings. These dates are indicated on the Web Calendar of our website’s homepage.

The theme of this year’s calendar is “Called to the Ministry,” which is a direct quote from Saint Innocent, Metropolitan of Moscow, Enlightener of the Aleuts, and Apostle to the Americas.

The quotes found in the 2024 Desk Calendar are from Paul Garret’s book, St. Innocent: Apostle to America, published by St. Vladimir’s Seminary Press.
