His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros welcomed Mr. Demetri Papacostas and Mr. Dimitrios Katsiklis to the Archdiocese today, where they received their respecitve appointments as Parish Council President and Master Cantor of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine.
