As previously announced, the 20th All-American Council will take place at the Hilton Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, MD on July 18-22, 2022.
Please note the following deadlines:
- Council Exhibitor registration closes: Sunday, May 15, 2022.
- Youth Staff & Volunteer registration closes: Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
- Council registration and Youth registration: Saturday, June 18, 2022.
Hotel Room Reservations close: Friday, June 24, 2022.Registration for delegates and observers, for the hotel, and for the youth event is accessible through the AAC Website. Vendors and exhibitors will find the appropriate forms on the website.
The Agenda for the All-American Council will be published sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the convening of the Council. Resolutions can be proposed at the Council.
In accordance with Article XVII of the Statute, any “proposed amendment must be submitted to the Commission on Canons and Statute at least ninety (90) days prior to the date set for the convening of an All-American Council” (Section 2). That date occurs on April 20, 2022.
Also, according to the Statute, “Final drafts of proposed amendments, together with recommendations of the Commission on Canons and Statute, shall be disseminated at least sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the convening of the All-American Council” (Section 3). That date occurs on May 20, 2022.
