During Thanksgiving week this year, three great saints of the Orthodox Church are remembered: Saint Alexander Nevsky (Nov. 23), Greatmartyr Catherine (Nov. 24) and Saint Clement of Ochrid (Nov. 25). Gather the family during the holiday to learn more about these three with materials provided by the Department of Christian Education. For each saint there is a life story, an iconographic drawing, puzzles and activities, key word definitions, a map of the saint’s travels, and questions to prompt discussion.
