The St. Tikhon’s Chamber Choir will be presenting the famou Rachmaninov’s All-Night Vigil on Sunday evening, May 27th, at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Cathedral in Wilkes-Barre, PA 35 South Franklin Street, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
