On April 8-9, the feast of the Entrance of our Lord into Jerusalem, the Administrator of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA, His Grace Bishop John of Naro-Fominsk led the Divine Services in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York City. On Saturday evening, Bishop John led the All-night Vigil. After the reading of the matins gospel, His Grace blessed the palms and pussy willows.

On Sunday morning, Bishop John led the Divine Liturgy. His Grace was co-served by cathedral clergy. Prior to the begining of the Liturgy, Bishop John was greeted by some children of the parish school at the doors of the cathedral.

At the conclusion of the services, Bishop John once again blessed the palms and pussy willows brought by the faithful to the cathedral.
